Terms & Conditions
- 1. Payment of principal before maturity shall be effected on presentation of a letter authorising such payment to be made
- 2. The validity of the certificate/advise shall expire 5days after maturity date quoted on it
- 3. Where investment liquidation is required before mandatory date UT Finanacial Services Limited reserves the right to impose a default penalty of 20% on the accrued interest on the outstanding period before the maturity date
- 4. All accrued interest is subject to 10% withholding tax
- 5. Principal and accrued interest would be automatically rolled over 7 days after maturity at prevailing rate
