Corporate Financing

Corporate finance is an area of finance that deals with sources of funding, the capital structure of corporations, the actions that managers take to increase the value of the firm to the shareholders, and the tools and analysis used to allocate financial resources. Corporate finance activities range from capital investment decisions to investment banking.

These are what we look at when we have clients who are interested in corporate financing;

  • Is the client looking to raise debt or equity?
  • Who are the promoters of the business and is the project viable?
  • How long do they need financing for (Tenor)?
  • What are the business risks associated with the project?
  • What is the Return on Equity?
  • When does the project Break Even?
  • How detailed is the business plan and does it provide all necessary details?
  • What percentage of the equity have the promoters committed into the business?
