Corporate finance activities range from capital investment decisions to investment banking.

  • How long do they need financing for (Tenor)?
  • What are the business risks associated with the project?
  • What is the Return on Equity?
  • When does the project Break Even?
  • How detailed is the business plan and does it provide all necessary details?
  • What percentage of the equity have the promoters committed into the business?
